text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Op\u0107insko vije\u0107e donosi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Statut Op\u0107ine,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Poslovnik o radu Op\u0107inskog vije\u0107a,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odluku o uvjetima, na\u010dinu i postupku gospodarenja nekretninama u vlasni\u0161tvu Op\u0107ine,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">prora\u010dun i odluku o izvr\u0161enju prora\u010duna,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">godi\u0161nje izvje\u0161\u0107e o izvr\u0161enju prora\u010duna,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odluku o privremenom financiranju,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odlu\u010duje o stjecanju i otu\u0111enju pokretnina i nekretnina Op\u0107ine \u010dija ukupna vrijednost prelazi 0,5% iznosa<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">prihoda bez primitaka ostvarenih u godini koja prethodi godini u kojoj se odlu\u010duje o stjecanju i otu\u0111enju pokretnina i nekretnina, odnosno \u010dija je pojedina\u010dna vrijednost ve\u0107a od 1.000.000 kuna,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odluku o promjeni granice Op\u0107ine,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ure\u0111uje ustrojstvo i djelokrug upravnih odjela i slu\u017ebi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odluku o kriterijima za ocjenjivanje slu\u017ebenika i na\u010dinu provo\u0111enja ocjenjivanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">osniva javne ustanove, ustanove, trgova\u010dka dru\u0161tva i druge pravne osobe, za obavljanje gospodarskih, dru\u0161tvenih, komunalnih i drugih djelatnosti od interesa za Op\u0107inu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">daje prethodne suglasnosti na statute ustanova, ukoliko zakonom ili odlukom o osnivanju nije druga\u010dije propisano,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">donosi odluke o potpisivanju sporazuma o suradnji s drugim jedinicama lokalne samouprave, u skladu sa<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">op\u0107im aktom i zakonom,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">raspisuje lokalni referendum, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">bira i razrje\u0161ava predsjednika i potpredsjednika Op\u0107inskog vije\u0107a,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">bira i razrje\u0161ava predsjednike i \u010dlanove radnih tijela Op\u0107inskog vije\u0107a, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">odlu\u010duje o pokroviteljstvu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">donosi odluku o kriterijima, na\u010dinu i postupku za dodjelu javnih priznanja i dodjeljuje javna priznanja,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">imenuje i razrje\u0161ava i druge osobe odre\u0111ene zakonom, ovim Statutom i posebnim odlukama Op\u0107inskog<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">vije\u0107a,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">donosi odluke i druge op\u0107e akte koji su mu stavljeni u djelokrug Zakonom i podzakonskim aktima<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><br \/>Op\u0107insko vije\u0107e ima predsjednika i jednog potpredsjednika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Funkcija predsjednika i potpredsjednika vije\u0107a je po\u010dasna i za to obna\u0161atelji funkcija ne primaju pla\u0107u.<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;
